Sonim Technologies Announces Pricing of $5.55 Million Public Offering

(NASDAQ: SONM), a leading provider of rugged mobile solutions, today announced the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of 7,400,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.75 per share. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 2, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
