June 25, 2025 7:58 AM EDTChardan Capital Markets analyst Keay Nakae reiterated a Buy rating and $5.00 price target on iBio, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBIO)
The analyst comments "iBio has announced its third program to address obesity, an amylin agonist antibody, that's part of its collaboration with AstralBio (private). This amylin receptor agonist antibody has shown to decrease food intake in a mouse model of obesity by 60%, comparable to the 67% food intake reduction observed with a clinically advanced dual amylin and calcitonin receptor agonist (DACRA) peptide.
