UNDER ARMOUR PRICES PRIVATE OFFERING OF $400 MILLION IN SENIOR NOTES DUE 2030
June 17, 2025 4:30 PM EDTBALTIMORE, June 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ --Â Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:Â UA, UAA) today announced that it has priced $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% Senior Notes due 2030 (the "Notes") at par, in a private offering (the "Offering") exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The sale of the Notes is expected to close on June 23, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
