Updated Financial Guidance:
DoubleVerify anticipates Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to be in the following ranges:
Second Quarter 2025:
Revenue of $180 to $184 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 17% at the midpoint. Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $52 to $56 million, representing a 30% margin at the midpoint.These updates reflect strong execution and sustained demand across DVs solutions.
