Caliber Announces Reverse Stock Split Effective May 2, 2025
April 30, 2025 7:30 AM EDTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Caliber (NASDAQ: CWD), a real estate investor, developer, and manager, today announced that it will effect a 1-for-20 reverse stock split (Reverse Stock Split) of its Class A common stock, par value $0.001 per share (Class A Common Stock) and Class B common stock, par value $0.001 per share (Class B Common Stock, together with the Class A Common Stock, the Common Stock), that will become effective on May 2, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time.
