April 22, 2025 5:29 PM EDTNew York, NY, April 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp (the Company) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units. The units are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) and begin trading tomorrow, April 23, 2025, under the ticker symbol TVACU.
