FB Financial Corporation Reports First Quarter 2025 Financial Results

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FB Financial Corporation (the Company) (NYSE: FBK), parent company of FirstBank, reported net income of $39.4 million, or $0.84 per diluted common share, for the first quarter of 2025, compared to $0.81 in the previous quarter and $0.59 in the first quarter of last year. Adjusted net income* was $40.1 million, or $0.85 per diluted common share, compared to $0.85 in both the previous quarter and the first quarter of last year.
