Paul Mueller Company Board of Directors Approves Share Repurchase Program
March 31, 2025 5:36 PM EDTSPRINGFIELD, Mo., March 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Mueller Company (OTC: MUEL) (the Company) today announced that the Board of Directors has approved a tender offer (the Tender Offer) to repurchase up to 60,000 shares of the Companys common stock (Shares) at a purchase price of $250 per Share, up to $15,000,000 (the Maximum Aggregate Purchase Price). The Board believes that this Offer reinforces the Companys commitment to return excess cash and provide a supplemental source of liquidity to its shareholders.
