(NASDAQ: PLRZ) (the Company), a biotech company specializing in innovative intranasal hydrogels, today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of approximately $17.0 million of Ordinary Shares and/or pre-funded and investor warrants at a price of $0.48 per Ordinary Unit.
