Strategy Prices Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock Offering
March 21, 2025 8:00 AM EDTTYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Strategy (Nasdaq: MSTR/STRK) (the Company) today announced the pricing of its offering on March 20, 2025 of 8,500,000 shares of 10.00% Series A Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock (the perpetual strife preferred stock), at a public offering price of $85.00 per share. The issuance and sale of the perpetual strife preferred stock are scheduled to settle on March 25, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company estimates that the net proceeds to it from the offering will be approximately $711.2 million, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and the Companys estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net... More
