Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
March 18, 2025 4:31 PM EDTPRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT; the Company) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock on a forward basis in connection with the forward sale agreements described below.
Wells Fargo Securities and BofA Securities are acting as the underwriters for the offering.
In connection with the offering, the Company expects to enter into forward sale agreements with Wells Fargo Securities and BofA Securities (or affiliates thereof) (the forward purchasers), with respect to 8,000,000 shares of the Companys common stock.
