Eaton (ETN) to acquire Fibrebond Corporation
March 11, 2025 6:45 AM EDTIntelligent power management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Fibrebond Corporation, a designer and builder of pre-integrated modular power enclosures for data center, industrial, utility and communications customers. Under the terms of the agreement, Eaton will pay $1.4 billion for the acquisition of Fibrebond, which is expected to generate $110 million of estimated 2025 adjusted EBITDA.

March 10, 2025 6:46 AM EDTIntelligent power management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) today announced that Sergio Letelier has been named senior vice president, corporate development, planning and strategy, effective March 17, 2025. In this role, Letelier will be responsible for leading Eatons corporate strategy and global mergers and acquisitions activity, reporting to Olivier Leonetti, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and will join the companys executive leadership team.
