NEW YORK, March 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) ("GNL" or the "Company") announced the appointment of Leon C. Richardson to its Board of Directors, effective March 7, 2025.

Mr. Richardson is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Chemico Group, one of the largest minority-owned chemical management and distribution companies in the United States.
