Acadia Healthcare Announces Pricing of $550 Million Senior Notes Due 2033
March 6, 2025 4:05 PM ESTFRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHC) (the Company or Acadia) announced today the pricing of its private offering (the Offering) of $550 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior notes due 2033 (the Notes), which represents an increase of $50 million in aggregate principal amount from its previous announcement. The Offering is expected to close on March 10, 2025. The closing of the Offering is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing and market conditions.
