Cleveland-Cliffs Reports Full-Year and Fourth-Quarter 2024 Results
February 24, 2025 4:30 PM ESTCLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (NYSE: CLF) today reported full-year and fourth-quarter results for the period ended December 31, 2024.
Full-Year Consolidated Results
Full-year 2024 consolidated revenues were $19.2 billion, compared to the prior year's consolidated revenues of $22.0 billion.
For the full-year 2024, the Company recorded a GAAP net loss of $708 million, or $1.57 per diluted share, with adjusted net loss2 of $351 million, or $0.73 per diluted share.
