Rumble Announces Final Results of its Tender Offer
February 5, 2025 8:30 AM ESTLONGBOAT KEY, Fla, Feb. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rumble (NASDAQ: RUM) (Rumble or the Company), the video-sharing platform and cloud services provider, announced today the final results of its tender offer to purchase up to 70,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the Class A Common Stock), at a purchase price of $7.50 per share, in cash, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest, representing an aggregate purchase price of $525 million. The tender offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 4, 2025.
