(Nasdaq: ECX) (ECARX or the Company), a global mobility tech provider, today announced the appointment of Mr. Zenggang Liu as a director of the Company, effective on January 13, 2025, to replace Mr. Tao Li, who has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company effective on the same day due to personal reasons.
