Genner, CEO of Trust Stamp, announced, As our shareholders and observers know, our reverse split will be effective for trading on January 6, 2025. The reverse split process was formally started on September 20, 2024, with notice to Nasdaq. On November 4, 2024, Nasdaq officially extended our time to comply with the $1 closing bid rule based on that plan.
