Snow Lake Energy Announces Pricing of Public Offering
December 19, 2024 6:31 AM ESTWinnipeg, Manitoba--(Newsfile Corp. - December 19, 2024) - Snow Lake Resources Ltd., d/b/a Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LITM) ("Snow Lake" or the "Company"), a uranium exploration company, today announced the pricing of a best efforts public offering of 15,750,000 common shares at a public offering price of $0.41 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $6.45 million, before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. All of the common shares are being offered by the Company. The offering is expected to close on December 20, 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
