Worthington Steel Announces Appointment of Scott Kelly to Board of Directors

(NYSE: WS) announced today the appointment of Scott Kelly to the Worthington Steel Board of Directors, effective immediately. Kelly will serve as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. Following the appointment of Kelly, the Board will be comprised of 11 directors, eight of whom are independent.
