NewMarket Corporation Authorizes New Share Repurchase Program
December 12, 2024 5:01 PM ESTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of NewMarket Corporation (NYSE: NEU) (the Company) approved a new share repurchase program authorizing management to repurchase up to $500 million of the Companys outstanding common stock through December 31, 2027, as market conditions warrant and covenants under the Companys existing debt agreements permit. The new repurchase program will replace the Companys existing $500 million repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors in October 2021, which will expire on December 31, 2024.
