Synaptics Incorporated Prices $400.0 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
November 14, 2024 11:46 PM ESTSAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 14, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Synaptics® Incorporated (Nasdaq: SYNA) today announced the pricing of its offering of $400.0 million aggregate principal amount of 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the notes) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).
