Grid Dynamics Announces Pricing of Public Offering
November 12, 2024 10:13 PM ESTSAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Grid Dynamics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDYN) (Grid Dynamics), a leader in technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and digital engagement services, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.25 per share. The expected net proceeds of the offering after expenses are approximately $93.4 million, which are intended to be used for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes including acquisitions.
