Energy Vault Announces Compliance with NYSE Continued Listing Criteria
November 4, 2024 7:30 AM ESTWESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Energy Vault Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NRGV) (Energy Vault or the Company), a leader in sustainable, grid-scale energy storage solutions, today announced that it received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the NYSE) stating that the Company regained compliance with the minimum continued listing criteria set forth in Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, based upon an average share price for the trailing 30-consecutive trading days above $1.00 on October 31, 2024.
