October 28, 2024 4:10 PM EDTCARSON CITY, Nev., Oct. 28, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVI), (BioVie or the Company), a clinical-stage company developing innovative drug therapies to treat chronic debilitating conditions including liver disease and neurological and neuro-degenerative disorders, today announced the pricing of a registered direct offering of 1,146,000 shares of its common stock priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules at a price of $2.83 per share, resulting in total gross proceeds of approximately $3.2 million, before deducting the placement agent's fees and offering expenses.
