SOBRsafe Announces Pricing of $8.2 Million Private Placement
October 7, 2024 7:26 PM EDTDENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 7, 2024 / SOBR Safe, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOBR) ("SOBRsafe"), provider of next-generation transdermal alcohol detection solutions, today announced the pricing of a private placement with certain institutional investors. The aggregate gross cash proceeds are expected to be $8.2 million, before deducting fees to the placement agent and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for general corporate purposes and working capital.
