Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates Overweight Rating on AMD (AMD) Ahead of AI Event Oct 10
October 7, 2024 6:33 AM EDTCantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J. Muse reiterated an Overweight rating and $180.00 price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD).
The analyst comments "AMD will host its Advancing AI Event on Thursday, October 10 in San Francisco (webcast link here). During last years Advancing AI event (December 2023), AMD introduced its Instinct MI300 series GPU/APU platform, discussed AI PCs and advances with its ROCm software stack, and outlined its $400B+ AI TAM for 2027 (up from $150B+).
