September 19, 2024 8:35 AM EDTROGERS, Ark., Sept. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Americas Car-Mart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMT) (Car-Mart or the Company), a large publicly held automotive retailer focused exclusively on the Integrated Auto Sales and Finance segment of the used car market, announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 1,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $43.00 per share.
