American Tower Corporation Declares Quarterly Distribution

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.62 per share on shares of the Companys common stock.
