Orion Group Holdings Prices $25.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
September 11, 2024 7:30 AM EDTHOUSTON, Sept. 11, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orion Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company), a leading specialty construction company, today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,860,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.15 per share. Orion expects the gross proceeds from this offering to be approximately $25.0 million, before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses.
