The analyst comments "NASA Decides On Empty Return for Starliner. NASA has decided that Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams will return to earth on a SpaceX Dragon Capsule in February. This follows a June 6th mission on a Boeing Starliner spacecraft that was intended to last eight days.
