Hasbro Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Notes
May 8, 2024 4:55 PM EDTPAWTUCKET, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) (Hasbro) announced today the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering (the Offering) of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.050% Notes due 2034 (the Notes). The Notes will accrue interest beginning May 14, 2024 with semi-annual payments commencing November 14, 2024. Subject to customary closing conditions, the Offering is expected to settle and close on or about May 14, 2024.
The net proceeds from the Offering will be approximately $495 million, after giving effect to the underwriting discount but not estimated offering expenses payable by Hasbro. Hasbro intends to use the net proceeds of the... More
