Beyond Meat (BYND) Appoints Yi (Jevy) Luo as Principal Accounting Officer
April 22, 2024 5:25 PM EDTOn April 22, 2024, the board of directors of Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND) appointed Yi (Jevy) Luo, age 47, the Companys Vice President, Corporate Controller, as principal accounting officer effective as of April 22, 2024. Upon Mr. Luos appointment as principal accounting officer, Lubi Kutua, the Companys Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and interim principal accounting officer, will no longer continue as interim principal accounting officer. Mr. Kutua will continue his duties as the Companys Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
