Marathon Oil Corporation Announces Pricing of Offering of $600 Million of Senior Notes Due 2029 and $600 Million of Senior Notes Due 2034
March 26, 2024 5:00 PM EDTHOUSTON, March 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) (the "Company") announced today that it has priced an offering of senior notes in an aggregate amount of $1.2 billion, consisting of $600 million principal amount of its 5.300% Senior Notes due 2029 and $600 million principal amount of its 5.700% Senior Notes due 2034.
