March 15, 2024 8:14 AM EDTOn March 15, 2024, Rigetti Computing (NASDAQ: RGTI) entered into a sales agreement (the Sales Agreement) with Needham & Company, LLC and B. Riley Securities, Inc. (collectively, the Agents), pursuant to which the Company may sell from time to time, at its option, shares of the Companys common stock through the Agents, as sales agent.
