Auna Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

(Auna) today announced that it has launched its initial public offering of 30,000,000 class A ordinary shares (class A shares), pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Auna is seeking to raise approximately US$420.0 million based on the mid-point of the price range for the offering which is between US$13.00 and US$15.00 per class A share.
