MFA Financial, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023 Financial Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE:MFA) today provided its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023.

Fourth Quarter 2023 Financial Results:

MFA generated GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of $81.5 million, or $0.80 per basic and $0.76 per diluted common share. Distributable earnings, a non-GAAP financial measure, were $49.7 million, or $0.49 per common share. GAAP book value at December 31, 2023 was $13.98 per common share.
