Chubb Limited Board Will Recommend 31st Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase to Shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting; Declares Quarterly Dividend

ZURICH, Feb. 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today that its Board of Directors will recommend to shareholders at the company's 2024 Annual General Meeting an increase in its quarterly dividend for the thirty-first consecutive year. The proposal calls for a $3.64 annual per share dividend, payable in four quarterly installments of $0.91 per share, compared to the current quarterly dividend amount of $0.86 per share.
