Simon Property Group (SPG) pops as Q4 results top estimates
February 5, 2024 4:35 PM ESTSimon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) stock rose 1.6% in after-hours trading Monday after the company unveiled better-than-anticipated earnings and revenue for the fiscal fourth quarter.
Specifically, the real estate investment trust posted fourth-quarter earnings per share (EPS) of $2.29, beating the consensus projection of $1.88. Revenue came in at $1.53 billion, while analysts were looking for $1.38 billion.... More
