Woodward Increases Quarterly Dividend by 14 Percent and Authorizes $600 million Stock Repurchase Program
January 25, 2024 8:01 AM ESTFORT COLLINS, Colo., Jan. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Woodward, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWD) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.25 per share, an increase of approximately 14 percent from the prior quarters dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2024, for stockholders of record as of February 20, 2024. Woodward also announced that its Board of Directors authorized a three-year stock repurchase program, under which up to $600 million in Woodward stock may be repurchased in the open market and private transactions.
