January 23, 2024 5:40 PM ESTSU Group Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: SUGP) ("SU Group" or the "Company"), an integrated security-related engineering services company in Hong Kong, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of $4.00 per share.
