Esperion Announces Pricing of $85.1 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
January 18, 2024 9:16 PM ESTANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 18, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (Esperion, we, us or our) (Nasdaq: ESPR) announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 56,700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Esperion.
