Boeing trims annual 737 delivery target citing supplier errors

(Reuters) -Boeing on Wednesday cut its 737 delivery forecast for this year citing quality issues at supplier Spirit AeroSystems, a temporary setback for the planemaker as it looks to recover from its own set of crises.
Despite a third-quarter net loss of $1.6 billion, Boeing stuck to its goal of generating $3 billion to $5 billion in free cash flow this year.
Shares, which were down in early trade, rebounded to gain 1.7% after the earnings call.

Boeing (BA) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c
October 25, 2023 7:31 AM EDTBoeing (NYSE: BA) reported Q3 EPS of ($3.26), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($3.23). Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $18.09 billion.
