EastGroup Properties Announces Dividend Increase
August 25, 2023 4:06 PM EDTJACKSON, Miss., Aug. 25, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- EastGroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) (the "Company", "EastGroup") announced today that its Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly dividend, raising it to $1.27 per share from $1.25 per share. Projected total dividends per share for 2023 are expected to represent an increase of 7.2% over total dividends declared in 2022.Â
