Hercules Capital, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
August 7, 2023 4:17 PM EDTPALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) (Hercules) today announced that it plans to make a public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock. Hercules also expects to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of its common stock.
