Axos Financial, Inc. Announces 52% Growth in Diluted EPS to $1.46

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), parent company of Axos Bank (the Bank), today announced unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended June 30, 2023. Net income for the quarter was $87.4 million, an increase of 50.9% over net income of $57.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Earnings per diluted share for the quarter were $1.46, an increase of $0.50, or 52.1%, as compared to earnings per diluted share of $0.96 for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
