July 13, 2023 3:37 PM EDTNikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) revealed Thursday that the electric trucking company has yet again fallen short of winning the amount of shareholder votes needed for the company to issue new stock. The company was forced to adjourned its annual meeting again to try to win more support.

Bosch teams with Nikola (NKLA) in $2.8B hydrogen deal
July 13, 2023 8:57 AM EDTGerman engineering company, Bosch revealed Thursday that the company is investing almost 2.5 billion euros ($2.8 billion) in hydrogen fuel cell technology from 2021 to 2026, and has chosen to partner with US electric truck firm Nikola (NASDAQ: NKLA) who will act as the pilot customer of the modules.
