(Nasdaq: MBLY) (Mobileye) today announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 35,000,000 shares of Mobileyes Class A common stock by Intel Overseas Funding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (the Selling Stockholder).
