ANI Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of $75 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

BAUDETTE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANIP) (ANI or the "Company") today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,898,735 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $39.50 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company are expected to be $75 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
