Skillsoft (SKIL) Misses Q4 EPS by 14c, Offers Guidance

Skillsoft (NYSE: SKIL) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.34), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter came in at $140.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.9 million.

GUIDANCE:

Skillsoft sees FY2024 revenue of $555-585 million, versus the consensus of $536 million.
